Here i am preparing the sub panels yousing a staple gunBRDont shoot your fingers ,it hurts i can tell!
here are the backplates of the subbox
Make sure everything is hard en thick enough!!
Trim off the edges and place the subpanels anyway you want!!
Wrap the panels in a S.O.M special cloth and staple down in the corners do not glue down because it will come off once you start with the polyester!!
Make sure it still fits because now is the time to make any changes!
now you can start doing the poly job!!!
once they are hard you can start sanding to make it nice and smooth!!
