These are the side panels of the sub-enclosure.

Bass Daddy and "Well Done" copying the sidepanels. All this to ensure that the panels are going to be identical.

As you can see the one in the middle has a different shape, so the flux of the bidirectional connected woofers will be amplified, creating a louder BASS. :-)

Here i am preparing the subpanels

Pfff, that´s finished.

The toppanels are very thin so they bend easy.BRTo make the box as stiff as possible we used three layers. We´ve also added noise killer between every layer for a even stiffer effect.

Close the subpanels off with some polyester it will stay in shape and its not leeking air.

then you have to do a lot of sanding to make it nice and smooth.

now you can see why we drink a lot of beer the crates come in handy!!!

We removed the carpet from the doorpanel so we can make room for the speakers.
